If you could get a couple of the McCauley's to try before you buy it would be worth the time spent.

I used to run almost all McCauley woofers and HF drivers back in my system (when I designed and built it).

Good drivers.

What about the driver that should have come in these boxes(IMO).. the EV evx-150a? Just a thought I have not even looked to see if these things are available anymore and if they were what one would cost.

The original 15 inch speaker is/was a DL15ST basically a DL15X with a new part number.
