IEM system info
« on: February 24, 2018, 09:15:32 PM »

First time request for user experience and/or insight on two particular IEM systems as candidates for purchase as a single unit personal use.

Shure PSM300 with P3RA bodypack / particular interest in the `hybrid` implementation experience

Galaxy Audio AS1800 / particular interest in the `diversity` receiver experience

hypothetical same price consideration for comparison purpose.

Thanks in advance

I use the Shure PSM300 / P3RA system and have been very happy with it.  I just use it is the standard stereo mode I have not tried the hybrid or mono modes.  I run it out of a QU-16 desk that has stereo outs for IEMs.

I can't comment on the Galaxy system as I am not they are available in the UK.

The only thing I would add is that Shure and Sennheiser seem to be the go to makes for the higher end IEM systems
