Dear hive mind:

I am looking for a way to use a typical wireless headworn mic without the wireles transmitter. As in with a cable directly into the mixer. I guess I need some kind of device that can convert 48V phantom power to something less brutal and map the correct pins/rings into the mic cable.

Preferably something matched to Sennheiser's standard, but other options can work as well.

The intended usage is for voiceover/narrator in a teens live theater play.

(Yes I know I could just stick a mic on a stand and be done with it, but experience in this particular case is that a headworn mic greatly simplify things. And I'd love to keep that 2 precious wl channels for something else)

EDIT: Some more Ebay-dregging comes up with a solution for Shure mics, but nothing for Sennheiser mics.

One of these will work...

There are cheaper "off shore" versions available.

Shure also has adapters for their connector.  It's possible to homebrew something cheaper, but why bother?
