That would be nice Ray but they never respond in a public way so as to be useful for others. It's always we'll contact you (offline). MT/MG/Behringer don't actually respond in publically useful ways in public forums.

We've all seen this type on answer from the B Mothership.
While it is "nice" to see them paying attention, I'll bet it's Bots, not people that are perusing the boards, and flagging posts that may be of interest.
Then, the standard answer.....
Now, since life is a 2-way street, where are all the posts from the OP's saying WHAT was done to fix their problem ?
That would be of great value as the Mothership doesn't seem to be so inclined.
