WTB: Avid SC48 Remote Conversion Bundle

Hello,
I am having a difficult time locating any new or used SC48 Remote Conversion Bundles.  This is what is needed to move the preamps to a stagebox and add the ethernet snake card to the desk.  If anyone has one of these, please let me know.
