Mystery Speaker??
« on: March 30, 2011, 06:23:22 PM »

I've had this speaker laying around for a while now, and i still can't figure out what it is, the back plate seems to be missing. I got it from my dad about 2 years ago and he's had it for around 18+ years now, It still plays, its quite powerful, it does squeak once in a while at around 40hz, It is an 18 subwoofer and looks to be either a 2 or 3 inch voicecoil. Can you guys help me figure out what type of subwoofer it might be? And i hope this is posted in the right section.

It is a Fostex.

Not sure of the model number-but the rest looks just like Fostex-at least the ones I have seen

Does anybody know the model number? Or any specs? It would be really helpful, also what is this thing valued at?
