Crazy Weather Round Here

4 months ago we were hit by a hurricane, now this.

2 days ago it was in the 80's and I was wearing shorts.  :o

This is the 3rd time I can remember it snowing here in all my 63 years. Today, 2004 and sometime in the late '70's.

My 4 year old grandson lives in Texas City, TX.  He has been praying for snow-and was asking my daughter Monday night why God wasn't answering his prayer for snow.  You can blame him if you like.  Got a picture of him  with his snowman and a huge smile this morning :)  .

I'm sure we'll get ours in due time-for now I am happy to share!

It's sunny enough here in the PNW that I could hang laundry outside to dry this week. Still 34° in the shade, though.

Tell me about it.  The cold front hits Florida late this evening so we'll see what happens down here.  They're not predicting snow as far south as I am, but it's still going to be a cold windy rainy miserable day tomorrow.  Naturally I'm working an outdoor Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting tomorrow afternoon/night...

Snow tomorrow up to 8" here just outside of Boston. Should be fun.

Snow is started. White everywhere. At least no wind to speak of. Bobcat is tarped.
Cleanup in the morning for guests arriving starting at 11am for a Family party.

I've been listening to the snowplows all morning. I love the snow as long as it doesn't interfere with my flying to Denver Mon morning.
