Faulty DN32-USB card?
« on: November 12, 2017, 12:03:50 PM »

Tonight got a call from the Tech in our second hall that PC audio wasn't getting to the console, after the usual restart everything and replug the connectors I went to investigate and found that the DN32 card wasn't being seen by the console in the setup screen, as in I cannot even scroll right to access the setting for the card.

I'm going to attempt to reseat the card tomorrow and failing that call our local distributor and get them to send a replacement but just want to find out if anyone has had a similar issue and possible steps to resolve it other then attempting to reseat the card?

Never heard of. Hopefully reseating the card will help...
