Lost UI16 access

Soundcraft UI16 suddenly locked us out and access password not recognised. How can we gain access without full system reset? We don't have a settings download USB unfortunately.

You may not have much choose other than to do a factory reset but before anyone on the forums can offer you suggestions, can you pop back out to your profile and change your user name to your real name as required in the forum rules when you first registered.  Thanks.
