Just kidding, but really, per the Rules of Participation here on the ProSoundWeb Forums, your Display Name does need to be your Real, Full Name. Would you kindly pop back into your Profile and update your Display Name to reflect your Real, Full Name?

Thanks!

Thanks for all your expertise everyone.

Actually I have run into this... We didn't figure out how to fix it and the system engineer was going to look online to see if anyone else had come across the same issue.

Haven't encountered this particular issue, but I have encountered that d&b support is very good and if you give them a call or email, you'll likely get an answer very quickly.

Also some extra details would be helpful. Is the amp connected to ethernet? If so, is it in a line of several units? How many? Does it go away when unplugged?

And another question- does this error message have any detrimental affect on the amplifier's performance? Or is it just there, annoying, and something you'd like to make stop?

Its a known bug.  Make sure your amps have a different gateway address like xxx.xxx.2.xxx instead of 1.  It worked for our system and we have an R70 too.
