I'd have to rifle through boxes of old photo prints, but I had one taken at an amusement park (ski hill in the winter, "alpine slide" and go karts in the summer) in northern MN that read:

IF YOU CANNOT READ ENGLISH, STOP AND ASK FOR ASSISTANCE!

...rules and regulations followed (which nobody read, regardless).

I keep seeing signs at some Oregon rest areas telling us about the rattlesnakes in the area. But I NEVER SEE THE DAMN THINGS. I'm gonna complain. If they're going to advertise a rattlesnake exhibit, least they could do is ensure there's actually something to see!!

In briitain we have a sign saying "secret nuclear bunker" (although it may just be diversionary tactics).

Also a local one that I find amusing for some reason is "bypassed Chinese takeaway"

Lastly the indian road safety signs are quite amusing.
