Yes it is   It is a 15kw Bi directional diode used for peak protection

What should I do to find a fix for this? I don't have a shop to work on this
or test gear.

I don't see any burnt parts.  So I would not suspect parts to be bad.

Here is a list of things to look for the woofer part.
1: Bad solder connections
2: Loose connectors on the wires
3: Intermittent wires in the woofer

For the HF section I would replace the "bulbs", since the HF driver is still working.

Other options would be to take it to a place that does component level repairs, or send to Danley.
