Ever seen these antennas before?
« on: July 10, 2017, 10:02:36 AM »

Loaded in today, the Wi-Fi signal is massive.  No getting over it today. Never seen these before.  Anyone know what they are?

If we are talking about the two square objects towards the top of the pic, I doubt those are wifi related.  Too close together and oriented wrong.

Looks like a retractable wall track between them, so having 2 so close together might make sense when the wall is in.

Those are antennas for the cellular/PCS/LTE/AWS distributed antenna system (DAS). Not the greatest deployment with respect to each other, but depending on what actually is their RF source, it may be perfectly fine.

Seconding what Henry said. Part of a DAS system. I have an arena full of them. They are paintable so they should have at least tried to make them look not so out of place.
