Wall of Sound Amps
« on: May 15, 2017, 12:18:44 pm »

Hey All,
I am looking for a source to buy some 1970's Mcintosh Solid State and Tube Amps.. Not looking for functioning units, Parts only are very welcome.. Creating an acoustic installation and looking to add some authentic hardware.

Given that even dead 2300s go for almost a grand on ebay I hope you have a hefty budget for your installation.

The old Phase Linear's also had nice blue meters in them.  And might be easier to come by.  Just don't hook them up.  ;)

Ivan is a big collector of classic amps, he may have some leads or excess stock

I don't have anything I am looking to get rid of now.  But am still looking for a couple of amps-they don't have to be working.
