BFM 4-OTop 12's or 2 with 2 Subs

I am about to build 2-OTop 12's with 2-Tuba 30's for my outside acoustic performances.  I use an acoustic guitar with a stompbox for a kick.  The audience can range from 100 people up to 500 at times.  I'm walking a tightrope between big volume and small packing/transporting.  Would it be better to just have 4 OTops instead of 2 with the 2 subs?
