I really suggest you get some training on Dante.

That was probably his phone/browser's Auto-Wrong feature changing it on him.

Tijo, you really need to get a couple of switches. They don't have to be expensive, a $50 switch will work just fine.

At the very least make sure to get the managed version of this switch, the unmanaged version has EEE and dante is NOT reliably compatible or supported with any switch that is running EEE, afaik.
