using two monitors or split monitor
« on: March 15, 2017, 01:49:28 PM »

I run the recording and av part of out sound system.  I am not trained in this area, just doing what someone before me set up. We run a recording program, power point at the same time.  We have apple tv and projector for visual.  I use two monitors to run these programs at the same time.  I want to know if there is a monitor that will split screen for the different programs and still have resolution for the projection.  Can any one walk me thru this?

OOoooooky, step back, take a deep breath.

First, you need to update your Display Name to reflect your Real, Full Name, per the Rules of Participation clearly posted on every forum here as well as when you signed up.

Once you do that, let's get a more precise list of what you are working with. When you say you have Apple TV (a source) and a projector (a display fixture), and you 'use two monitors to run these programs at the same time' (doesn't make logical sense) -- that doesn't really help us. :(

Thanks!
