Sub TS11 Harman Kardon

Hey all! maybe wrong forum? sorry for that if so... just wanted to ask, i got a  Sub TS11 Harman Kardon, but its broken, as soon as i hit the power button to start it, it starts  hitting, like "Boom....Boom....boom...boom" and idk how to fix that.. anyone  got any tips for it?
