Google search?

http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/S32IO

Yeah found it now! I went through the Behringer site and any sales searches got locked up.

Sure does...I bought mine from Sweetwater last December I think.

I have 2 S16's that have very little use that I am looking to sell.

It does, but to me it seems like if the Midas pres in the M32 are what they claim, then going up to a DL32 for only a few hundred more $ sounds like a good idea to me.

It also undermines the key reason to buy an M32.  I'm no Behringer fan, but X32/DL32/Dante is a potent bang for buck option.

IMO, the faders on the M32 are the reason to upgrade.

I've used DL stage boxes with M32, and I've used S stage boxes with my M32R. The difference is not audible in a live setting.

I disagree. The headroom difference makes a pretty big difference in gain structure and consequently EQ settings. We have a fleet of x32/m32/s16/dl32. We mix and match a lot depending on what shows are where. We use them on several recurring shows and church services where the variables are pretty minimal. We have found 6-8db more headroom on the Midas pres and much more gentle EQ curves achieve similar results.

I will say on quieter shows when your meters are never going past -30/-24 range you may not notice, but anything louder you will start to notice fast.

And believe me, I was a big skeptic when the Midas version came out. I was convinced it was just prettied up to sell at twice the price. It really is a much nicer version of the desk. Not that I have any problem with the x32, m32 is just better sounding and feeling.
