Problem with Blue in ST 1019

Hey everyone ,

I got my hands recently on a new Staray ST 1019 but it has a problem . Everything seems to work properly exept from the Blue Color which is turnig on and off with a delay. Is there anything i can easily do to fix this ? Thank you !
