Today's office
« on: April 30, 2016, 03:08:00 AM »

I know this job is dangerous, but I took it anyway. Today we dropped speakers and the FOH console and tested those lines. Tomorrow morning the hotel drops the stage, and we wire it. Tomorrow night we have our first of 3 welcome banquets for a big corporate client. Monday we have the first of 3 farewell banquets at a different location at the hotel. Overall I'll have to be onsite for 12 days.

That looks like it's going to be really difficult to get though. Good luck, we'll all be thinking of you in these tough times.

I hope your dick shrinks.

Reminds me of a 2 week fully comped trip to Kawai years ago. My room was virtually on the beach and the view was the other side of the cove. The other side of the cove was not an island, but it was the legendary movie island Balihi. The beach in front of my room was where all the beach/navy scenes were filmed. I woke up every day hoping to find Mitzi laying out front on a towel.

Nice gig Mac. Have a great safe time. Where is that anyway? Could it be Guam, Hawaii?

I did a gig for Otis Elevator once. Like every job, it had it's ups and downs.

Keep a stiff upper lip and bear with the struggle.
