With aligned grills mains lead subs 9 out of 10 times.

The MTLs are quasi tapped horn/bandpass cabs similar to my Cubo Subs.  Basically two T18s merged together.  On my Cubos, the tops are 6ms back to get in phase at the electrical crossover point.  When I turn up the subs the acoustical crossover goes higher but I'm still more interested in the level in the 60-100Hz range so any cancellation in the 150-300 range actually helps to clean up mud.

The crossover is up in RF territory.

I'm still waiting for that last transmission.

No problem, Kyle, we knew what you meant and a joke is nicer than saying "hey, don't be a maroon!"

It could have been worse...

"Yes, 100MHz. Yes, that's what it is. YES, I am CERTAIN that is correct. DON'T TELL ME I AM WRONG! VALIDATE MY OPINION NOW!"

Heh.

But yeah, Kyle, Tim said it- you're all good. It's nice to have a bit of a giggle at times.

I know, it's cool, I would do the same thing!! All in fun. I try to post some confidence, but will never act like some people. Nothing worse than ignorant arrogance!!
