Has anyone had a chance to compare these two side by side?  If not has anyone at least had a chance to have heard both at one time or another and can offer a comparison?

Also, does the HD32A offer the ability to tilt forward?  I don't see dual pole sockets in images but I saw a video on youtube where the person had the boxes tilted forward on his tripods.
