I love it.

Given the size of the house and the job, I'd guess that the value of the work would be around 10x  the cost of the board new...if indeed it had any value at that point at all.

Yes, Virginia, there really is a neighborhood in Missoula, Montana, known as Target Range. It is near the historic Fort Missoula.
