Gota wonder what compression drivers are in them.
Those 50.00 woofers do seem to appear to be mint.

Fixed it for you.

And since the 12" version is on sale now for $199 new, the price is uglier than the drivers.   :P

The (real/un-modified) TS115 is available at $219 all over the web….Is this guy on something???
Isn't the first thing folks do when they see an ad on CL for something they have an interest in, check out the internet prices??

Perhaps the aftermarket mods were intended to increase the value....

It's usually the other way round.  Realise you can't afford something new then go looking for a secondhand one.

I see Craigslist ads everyday here trying to sell stuff, mostly lower end guitars for less than they cost new at GC online.   I once sent someone a polite email pointing out the guitar amp stand they were trying to sell for $20.00 cost $20 new and they did lower the price to $15. But really, wouldn't you spend the extra $5 and get one new?

Although from my personal bad experience; never buy a $20 amp stand unless you want to replace it very 9-12 months. I have 3 broken ones right now.

I think a lot of the musical gear on Craigslist is stuff bought by auction goers, flea market types who really don't know what they have. People that don't undertstand the difference between JBL JRX and jBL SRX.

I would never buy an amp stand whatever the price.  All venues have chairs (and it's something extra to carry).
