CL DCA Spill
« on: May 28, 2015, 05:16:37 PM »

How does DCA spill on CL work with more than 16 member channels?

Selected DCA populates the Lefthand fader bank, but there's only 16 faders there, and layer flip brings back the normal input layer. Looks to me like only the last 16 channels added to DCA (bottom of population list in 8ch DCA overview) get spilled to faders.

I'm on a CL5. If I could make the rest of the DCA members spill onto right hand fader bank, that'd be nice.

I've called Buena Park enough times for one day.

Yamaha calls it DCA Roll Out, and it can be adjusted from Channel Job.

I must have been looking for it in an old V1 manual
