Good pitch and time and lovely acoustics. I actually enjoyed that. They actually put some work in that performance.

Yes, you can see the pipe organ in the back, so no need for a reverb patch... It really is a great performance.

How do you think it was mic'd?  No visible microphones yet the breath sounds over the top of the bottles is perfectly captured.

I wonder if there was a double entendre in the choice of title, as there is an author named Michael Jackson who writes book about beers and distilled spirits.  And unlike the king of pop, he hasn't died yet.
