I did run some tests with Systune, Frequency response with mic about 1 meter away, and also using LinearX's VI Box to capture the Impedance. Don't know how valuable the Impedance will be.
Cabinets used were D&B Q1's and VRX subs and tops
top 2 pics were Q1 (3 cabinets)and bottom 2 pics were VRX (4 subs and 2 tops)

QC of manufactured products?  Not something we do.  QC of the rental stock?  That is simply done on the warehouse floor as fast and low tech as possible.  A measurement mic is positioned on the floor to minimize reflections.  The appropriate amp rack and processor are connected to a computer running Smaart or SpectraFoo.  The first cabinet is laid on the floor ten feet away and the position is marked with spike tape. Sine wave sweeps are run on a band pass basis then a transfer function is made of the full range output and recorded.  No reference is made to any sort of factory spec, the TF curves are simply over laid and any box that is out of the window is inspected further.  It all has to happen several times a year in a building where floor space is precious in between the inventory earning a living so speed is right up there next to accuracy as a desirable trait.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the answers, I'm looking for something that can run QC, we have a pretty fast turnaround on our equipment.
Front runners are the ListenInc "Soundcheck" and NTi "Flexus"

cheers

Take a look at Audiomatica CLIO 11 with the QC option.  You can set up automated scripts to speed up the process.

If you are still looking, Wavecapture is releasing Quality Capture to do QC testing, looks promising.
