Has anyone found a way to protect RJ11 and 12 tabs similar to the RJ45 boots?

I'm guessing you could kludge a fix similar to the boot on a RJ45 using some heat-shrink tubing shrunk tight on the cable but left loose over the tab.  Would help a little...

Valentine Research (traffic radar detectors) uses RJ11 or 12 for power and control signals, and they have little no-snag boots on them.  Perhaps a call to Mike Valentine is in order.

They responded NO.  It seems no one is interested in a product like this,

Valentine research did not return my calls or emails.
