Thanks everybody for your suggestions. I wired up our clearcom radio adapter to our cp200s and will try that for the camera op. They want a really audio feed back to the talent now so I will try the psm1000 with the helical antenna with a cell phone bridge as our backup. Will let you guys know how it works.

Tait TB7100 and a motorola? Bulletproof and massive range, far greater than your camera RF link is likely to have

In more generic terms, a two-way radio repeater configured for 4-wire audio I/O and constant transmit paired with one or more portable radios.
