I too attended Infocomm for the first time this year and have to agree, the Danley demo room was among the best things I heard/saw. Never heard their products before and was extremely impressed.
We took a different approach this year to the demo room.
We brought mostly new product-not the "standard offerings" that Danley is know for.
There just wasn't enough time to show all the products.
Glad you enjoyed it.
I did not have time to visit many demos-but did "stick my head" into a few.
What stood out to me is how bad the spoken word was in a number of rooms.
They just did not seem to care about that-yet that is one of the first things that gets my attention.
How natural is it? With music-we really don't know what it is "supposed" to sound like in many cases (except traditional instruments)-but with voice it is real easy to tell if it is natural or not-even if you don't know the person talking.
But I guess it all depends on what somebody is "looking for" in a product.
To me it is natural reproduction.
Don't try to sell me something when it is uncomfortable to listen to you.
But maybe that is just me------------- I am "different"--------
