Split Signal
« on: November 12, 2014, 10:33:53 AM »

Hi guys. I did a search, but couldn't find an answer.

I need to split the signal from a non-active bass guitar into two different amps. From what I've been reading, a simple "Y" cable will cut the impedance and therefore the signal. Is this true?

Is there an inexpensive way of doing this?

Thanks,

Bob

It should be o.k.  The input impedance of both amplifiers should be a lot higher than the impedance of the pickups.

Only one way to know for sure!
