I don't remember seeing much Marshall PA stuff on this side of the pond

There was never that much of it over here on Marshall's side of the pond either.

Joseph - So... how did they sound?

The sound kinda sucked, but I might attribute some of that to the owner's mixing "skills". The powered mixer was a large, older model that I didn't look at closely. Kick drum came through VERY strong, the rest of the kit didn't (one dynamic mic over the drummer's head). Sounded overly strong in the midrange, but the steel drums and lead vocals came through well. From onstage, with no monitors we could not hear our singer at all, just had to work on the power of rehearsals.
