Really? Wow, then I have to stop going back to the guys who work on my stuff. They told me it had to be ordered from JBL and never offered repair. Even their electronics guy was there. They did tell me it was about $80.00 for it.
So I just checked and you're right the crossover is pretty inexpensive.  For some reason, I remember crossovers costing a lot more.  It might just be cheaper to replace it than to repair.  My apologies.

OK, I have had both 15s tested and have a spare and still having issues. What is occurring now is drop in sound in the mids. Sound at times will fluctuate. Could this be a internal crossover issue? Thanks
If you have removed the speakers and re-connected, make sure that you have done this properly and not changed the polarity by accident.
