It's doable in stereo, but not in bridged mono as the amp is not designed for 2 ohm bridged.

- XTI6002 Stereo Wattage: 3000W @ 2 ohms, 2100W @ 4 ohms, 1200W @ 8 ohms

- Power Rating Passive 8 ohms: 800 W / 1600 W / 3200 W (Continuous/Program/Peak)

IMO I wouldn't do 2 ohm loads, the lowest is 4 ohms for me to be on the safe side.

Will be driving them passive.

I'd run 2 boxes on 1 channel, the 3rd box on the other.  The 'orphan' box can be the top or bottom of the array depending on where you might want the separate control.

I would not bridge the amp and run all 3 boxes but there will be much disagreement, I'm sure.

I've done this setup before and worked great.  The XTI6002 is a very robust amp for the money.

Not a big fan of running any amp at 2ohms. I would rather have 3 amps. Half an amp per box. That way you can use the amp for shading the speakers. To me, that long, medium, short throw switch in the back isn't all that great. Sounds harsh in long throw.

Didn't OP state 3 per side?

To me that seems like a 2 ohm load running the amp in stereo which seems like a poor idea to me.

Per side of the stage, yes. The OP just asked -- well, gosh, I guess it is confusing. Tim's answer was based on using 1 amplifier to drive one side of a stage, with a three box hang. Hopefully that's what the OP was asking about?

Yes, that was my take on the OP's question.  If he wants to run 3 boxes per side of the amp, I say "rock on."  The 3.2 ohm load isn't likely to present a problem to the amp.  Whether or not it will provide sufficient current, long term, is another matter that will need to be divined from experience.
