Hello,

I'm looking to replace a fried Proel HP-D 2000 amp (4 x 500w) which I've been using for about 5 years to power foldback monitors on a mid sized stage in a roughly 400 capacity hall.  I was wondering what you all are preferable to, what you've had good/bad experiences with, and what might be a better replacement for the Proel at around the same price range.

Musts for me:
- 4 channels at minimum 500w/channel
- Able to output in stereo or parallel
- <$2000 Aussie dollars (~1800 USD)
- Thermal protection circuit is nice given the high summer heat where I work, but isn't a deal breaker.
