Shure UA845 UA/UB vs SWB antenna distro
« on: February 16, 2014, 11:06:52 PM »

Just wondering if there is a way to convert a UA or UB (700 MHZ) version to the SWB (470-700 MHZ) version. My thinking is there are high pass filters in the UA or UB and perhaps there is a way to adjust them to open up the amplified bandwidth.

There is not.  The SWB was a newer design.  There might be a way to convert a UA to a UB, but it'd be a good amount of work.

Take the lid off and take a picture, might be possible to spot the filter.
