You can't get them as all analog outs unless you get the expensive Vi stagebox, right?

Contact Charlie Tappa at Pro Sound Services and get a quote.
You might be surprised.  I was.

I'm using a SI3 with mini stagebox. Awesome board. I replaced my Studiolive boards with the Si3 and haven't looked back. The Studiolive boards haven't left the shelf since the change.

You can, however, use 8 outs on the mini stage box and then run your old copper drive snake back from the board for 8 more outs...  I know, I know, it defeats the purpose of the digital snake.  But it's not so bad for every once in a while.  Besides, a drive snake is not like pulling a 32x8 snake out...

Thanks for the replies, I knew you could get the stagebox with 16 outs but I didn't know you could get all 16 as analog outs.  That may actually work better for me, as I'd be able to build a small rack and put power outlets in it for the monitors, since I'll be using combo power/signal cables anyways.

I have Crown I-Techs on FOH, so I'm able to use 2 channels of AES/EBU anyway.
Gets me to 10 sends at least!

I've heard that the compact stage box sold for fairly similar money to the mini 32, but haven't gotten a quote.
I already bought the mini 32 so it's to late for that for me.  Looking for AES/EBU to Analog XLR converters now.
