Allen and Heath iLive monitor split using Waves

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to do a FoH/Mon split using Waves with an iLive? The iLive supports Waves via an add-in card and it gives supports 64x64 channels.  AH suggested on their own forums that its not advisable because the Waves protocol doesn't allow clock sync.

I think you answered your question. If it's digital and it doesn't sync it's going to be a problem. I would do dante.

Dante, MADI, ACE should all work.

The usual limitations of a digital split apply, especially gain (there can be only one gain master) and SPOF issues.
