But what do they reduce it to?  Probably about 19,994 dB!

I'm glad I read this before watching. I made sure to turn down my speakers before pressing play.

I think Daily Motion is a reputable site. I don't recall however.

But what the malicious among us do is manipulate legitimate banner ad companies. They use some sophisticated methods to not be caught by the legitimate banner ad companies.

Solution: Adblock plus, and No Script (browser addons). No Script is too irritating for most, but I cannot think of a drawback for AdBlock (from the perspective of consumers).

Bob...

I found no virus or malware when I checked it out.  I've got a pretty good "virus sniffer" on my computer and it didn't red flag the site, neither have I gotten any malicious stuff on my machine.

What did you get?  Anything you can report so I can do a further check?

Seems like thousands of dBs are de rigeur at the moment - the link is to an article in Audio Pro International about Real World Studios who have installed Pro Tools HDX which apparently gives them '1,000dB extra headroom' (I guess it means over the whole desk of 72+ channels but it reads kinda funnily):
