Something to look at is the SAC audio software solution. 

RME card in computer and the Behringer AD 8000

Other front ends are available besides the behringer for better quality.    72 x 72  ability to sub group into  each room and the master running all. 

600 for the software  600 for the RME card.  200 for each behringer 8 x 200    1600  Computer 4000.  16 to 32 gig memory and 2 to 4 sata solid state hard drives.
