I'm not sure when anyone would need an older version of SM.
If you come across a Yamaha with out-of-date firmware, just save the current show to whatever storage media it uses (PCMCIA, SmartMedia, USB) and copy that file to a computer that has the latest SM installed.
Open the file with the latest Studio manager and re-save it as the new version. SM will convert the file to be compatible with the latest version.
Put the firmware upgrade files on the storage media and update the firmware on the console following the instructions that came with the firmware.
Once the firmware is updated, use the updated show file to load the console.
