Hey Mac, thanks for the words... sounds good.
First, i´m gonna make a draw of 4 per side and stack them 2 on 2, and open them 50 degree. We got next concert on Oct 26 to try it.
They are gonna reach quite high in the stage.http://www.flickr.com/photos/29662095@N02/4218861014/lightbox/
We use a drive rack PA (Dbx) as a crossover processor, but only use the crossover cut at 250. i never thought of setting delay times and things like that, if you say it sounds better i can try to set the turbosound page settings.
I guess a couple of subwoofer each side would be a good idea. Tsw721 would be perfect but maybe hard to get. Any other suggestion?
We got this X1 proyect subwoofer from speakerplans.com but only 2 are not enough.http://www.flickr.com/photos/29662095@N02/3848439034/
The thing it was that last concert bass was hard to hear close to the stage 4/6 meters. Also mid/high... Maybe some phase cancellation problems as you meant.
How are you processing the signal for the TMS-4s? When they were new there were no DSP speaker processors, and the crossover was 250Hz. Today with modern processors they can probably be made to sound better than when they were new. I think there are DSP settings for them on the Turbosound website under legacy products.
