Sinlge FBT Promaxx 15sa with two tops
« on: September 24, 2013, 01:21:35 PM »

Hello folks

I have a Pioneer DDJ T1 conneted to two Electrovoice ELX 115p speakers
I want to enhance this setup with a SUB (I have an Alto TSSub15 but it's not doing the job)

I'm thinking about buying the FBT Promaxx 15sa (I can only afford one)

Problem is it only has one input and one output

Questions...

Can I put  aY splitter in both my left and right Pioneer putput to send both left and right signals from my Pioneer then use a Y at the other end to feed the sub both left and right into ONE then use the other end of the Y splitters at the Pioneer end to feed my ELZ's

OR

Can I just use the sub on one side? << would that work  - I can't think of any songs where the bass is emphasised in one speaker at a time.

looking forward to your help.

regards

Charlie
