Chain hoists
« on: March 02, 2013, 09:21:38 PM »

Looking for some manual chain hoists for the shop (and maybe in a pinch elsewhere) they need to have 20-25' of chain. For lift the pull only needs 15-20. Any suggestions?

Columbus McKinnon makes some great hoists from 1/2 ton all the way up to 5 ton.

Guess it would have helped if I would have mentioned that. 1/2ton would be fine. Ill check out the CM however, if there is something equivalent that's cheaper that would be fine. All of our motors are CM.

If you're needing a manual chain hoist to do stuff in the shop, go to Northern Tool or Harbor Freight.
