Could these cs 10 iem mics substitute for drum overheads?

Do you mean while the drummer is wearing them?

I have no idea how you would get the signal into the foh system. Usually earphone mics are just local to that pack as the iem pack does not transmit.

They are on outside of drummers ear wired back to foh or a recorder. Seems like the patern is too wide and feedback will be an issue?

Even if they "could" be wired up to the PA, they are likely omni pattern.
Good for the drummer to hear everything around him. Not so good for any kind of isolation.
I wouldn't want to hear the artifacts as the drummer moves his head around. It would be pretty brutal. Bobbing up and down might be acceptable, but any head-twisting would be ... ah..... interesting ?

Let us know how it works out, who says I even know what I am talking about ??

Ya, Whatever. Just throw a '57 on it, and get off my stage.
