If you were in the States I would recommend going to any Ace Hardware or similar and buying the basic manual rivet gun.  It can't get any more self explanatory.  I prefer to rivet chassis mount connectors whenever possible, but I also have a couple of panels that have held up for years with nuts/bolts/star washers.

Just superglue it for now.

As Mr. Mackey might say: "Rivets are bad - don't use rivets umkay".  Use 4-40 machine screws.  I get 'em from McMaster.com.
