I am in the market for a hand truck to move subs and speaker etc.
What works for you and who gives the best price?  Thanks!!
Also having one with the "Made in USA" label makes one smile!!!

Rock n Roller RR12 cart is the best/most capable of a great series of four wheelers. I have to move a cartload of equipment 100 yards over a gravel drive each year and the 4 inch fronts and 8 inch rear no flat tires handle it just fine. I used a handtruck with smaller tires the first year and it was a royal pain moving the cart over that gravel drive. The  RR12 also has some stair climbing ability. The RocknRoller Series comes in several different sizes.
For use on smooth surfaces, the Magliner/Gemini four wheel carts are what UPS gives its drivers.

+1

Another benefit is, they make an adjustable shelf unit for the Rock n Roller carts that has been very handy for setting up or even during load in. Comes on and off in a jif and can be used in the expanded mode of the cart or in the shrunken mode. I have 2 of the R n R carts and LOVE them.

NOW, with that said, they use non-standard sized innertubes so buy an extra or two for backup although in 10 plus years I've only had to replace 2 of them.

the tires you speak of at Harborfreight.com are $35 apiece. The standard ones are $6 apiece. I guess if I bought the never-go-flat tires it would be a one time deal, I'd never have to pay it again, but I've been doing just fine checking the air in my pneumatic tires for 20 years. Bottom line, the OP doesn't want the old solid, hard tires, because they don't do well on soft or rough ground.

That's not a hand truck tire. Here's a link to hand truck tires, all flat free.

my company uses those.  when a tire goes flat we use fix a flat which puts some gew in the tires.  Ive never had one go flat a second time.

A Nylon Cart. That is something I did not even know they had? How does it hold up?

I was thinking about getting one of these

I've been using these tires for a couple of years now and they work great. In fact right after I bought them I had to pull a 1" drywall screw out of one of them. No damage at all....

I put them on generic steel dollies that you can buy at Sam's club.

I have one of those. It's not much if any lighter than the steel ones. It works well, but it twists. Annoying, but not a problem. It's not my first pick, my first pick is a steel one I bought at walmart on sale years ago.

The nylon cart is light and sturdy.  It is thicker in a tight truck pack and you dont want to lose the little pins that change the handle position but they have held up superbly, are light, are cheap, hold a plenty of weight.  After we bought 1, we bought 3 more.  Its all we use now.

Harper Trucks is based here in Wichita, Kansas.  Not sure about this particular model, but most of their trucks are still made in the USA.
