INuke 6000 vs QSC 1850HD
« on: February 04, 2013, 06:13:51 pm »

I'm currently running a set of Yorkville LS808's with the QSC bridged.  I am considering switching over to the Behringer in stereo mode for the weight.  I also like the fact that I am not bridging an amp and I hopefully won't be using as much ac(?) with the newer designed class of amp.

2 questions are, am I gaining anything with the little more power I would get.  Has the Behringer QC or reliability really gotten better as it has seemed lately?

Not really, and the jury is still out.

On Behringer amplifiers? Hardly.. they're more reliable than some major brands that make nothing but amplifiers(Crown), just don't expect them to meet published power output specs.

From dictionary.com:

re·li·a·ble  [ri-lahy-uh-buhl]
adjective
that may be relied on; dependable in achievement, accuracy, honesty, etc.

I guess part of it may depend on how you define 'reliable'....
