Soundboard
« on: September 17, 2013, 03:17:34 PM »

What kind of soundboard do you like or recommend both an Analog & Digital & Why?  Currently using a Tascam 3200.  Just like to upgrade.  Have thought about APPS to use so you can make changes from anywhere in the church. Recording possibilities also effects are just some things we've talked about.  Thanks

You need to provide much more information such as what inputs and outputs need to be supported, the experience and expertise of the operators, any specific capabilities you want, your budget and so on.  There is a wide range of options so the more information you can provide the more people offer suggestion that fit your needs and goals.

There are probably 1000 threads on the forum over the past 10 years discussing this ad nauseum.  In 2013, the question isn't so much as analog vs. digital as which digital.  You can still buy a few small analog boards new, but most boards 32 channels and more are digital these days.
